I lived in the Bahamas as a photographer for the Navy Base located on the white shores. My proudest moment is when there was an osprey nesting on government property. They wanted the Osprey removed but since they are protected it had to be confirmed that she is laying eggs. I got strapped in a helicopter and managed to take a picture of her above. With the successful reintroduction of wolves in Yellowstone, we wanted that same positive effect in Colorado's ecosystem. However, we were trying it a little differently. We thought "how about Coloradoans vote if wolves are going to reintroduced". I was the Colorado State University president of the Rocky Mountain Wolf Project coalition. Our mission was to engage the community and educate the public about the benefits of wolves to our ecosystem. My day would consist of feeding, cleaning, and other chores. We would take in any wildlife that needed helped and rehabilitated them.
